Awning on 2600RB

The side of the awning closest to the hitch will not stay in the fully extended position. The closest dealer is 2 hours away. I spoke to the dealer and he thought it might be the strut. The awning stays lowered which is great if it rains but would prefer to have it fully extended when it is not raining. I also have knocked off the awning cover on the other side of the awning(back of trailer). The picture is too small in the parts look up. Does anyone know the part numbers for the strut and the cover on the left side or side closest to back of trailer. Thanks, SC
