I think that’s just it nobody set it, dial was on 0 probably from when it left China. Best I can tell is gel would charge at a lower rate like 13.4

I had no problem changing a tire on the front or rear axle
When I replaced a tongue jack on a previous trailer I put cinder blocks under the tongue. Mine failed where I could not raise it.
