I have two of them (2 doors). One of them failed and I replaced just the shade part with a generic off Amazon. Works just as good as Lippert's.

I used a bottle jack and some 2x6 blocks. Raised the stabilizers first, then the tongue an inch or so. I didn't have to rotate the jack.
