    Just a thought... If the ground wire is "jumping" from high current when the breaker cycles then at least one of the red wires on the buss bar(s) should be getting very warm. If so, at least it should steer you to the circuit with the short.

    It may also be possible that the converter is bad. A blown diode in the converter output would definitely be a short, assuming the output fuse did not blow. I'm fairly sure that the converter is connected on the side of the disconnect switch opposite the battery, not with it.

    You are absolutely right!! That's what the problem was... a short under the floor that was a pain to troubleshoot and find! Got it taken care of though! Thanks for all the help everyone!
