While inspecting my slide I noted the manual slide 5/8" nut looked angled. I found the tube had become disconnected from the slide motor (see pic). I pulled the Coroplast down and found the pin that holds the tube to the motor had fallen out (never found it). It is possible that one of Grand Designs "Free Range" wires may have contacted the pin and popped it out. I zip tied the wire on the back side of the motor and installed a new pin. Be aware that the manual crack is on the opposite side of the slide that it services. It is a good idea to make sure your manual slide mechanisms work before you really need them.
