Yeah, if they've lawyered up there won't be any postings from the OP until the issue is resolved, and maybe not even afterwards, depending on the outcome. Often settlements involve non-disclosure agreements.

A little courtesy though would be to come back and just say
It has been resolved or it has gone to litigation

Only takes a second and doesn’t affect anything

Ummmm, Lets see now.... I have a huge problem and have enlisted in the services of a high priced Lawyer to manage it.... He tells me to shut my trap.... Do I ingnore this person that I am paying a lot of money to.....Just so some people on the internet will be happy.... Or do I listen to the professional I hired?

Makes one wonder if this was a true story... OP joined the day they first posted, and hasn't been back since two days after they joined....

Too bad. It's like not seeing the end of a predictable movie or TV series, but I'm still curious about the outcome...

I know this is an older thread but I'm in the middle of this exact issue now. Curious if you can answer some basics 1) Settled? 2) Did you keep your RV after repairs etc.. or get a new one?

Dealer is assuring me that the RV can be repaired will be in new working condition.
