If you decide on Ives Run I will give you some tips for getting sites together. Also part of our trip was in western NY about an hour east of Buffalo. Southwoods RV Resort. While the full hookup sites can be hard to get, they have a large group/rally area with 60 sites with a pavilion and group fire ring in the middle. The group sites are water and 30amp electric.

When calling for reservations, ask for sites in the " RV Central Resort Pull-thru Full -hook up " or ask to be placed near or around site V12. If you chose to book online through their website, pick map 3 then any site with a green dot.

The fees are: Monday to Wednesday 45.00 per day, and Thursday to Sunday 52.00 per day. They do offer Good Sam and Military discounts

There are several of us that are arriving a day or two early and departing a day or two later.

Hi All!

For those who want to make reservations, Twin Grove is open year round. Their website has a campground map-click “Resort” (it’s a drop-down), then click “Resort Layout”. With map in hand, you can go to Google Earth, and actually see the layout (we always do this to avoid those “awning meets neighbor’s slide” -crammed in like sardines sites). The sat view looks as if it was taken early spring and all sites are clearly seen.

This is one of the local campgrounds my wife and I frequent for festival going. Definitely not rustic, and no awning bumping on that side of Twin Grove where the sites are all pull-through full hookup. So, very easy for large campers.

Would be nice meeting some fellow GD owners as we've been hanging with the FR crowd for a LONG time!
