They're 15/16". I bought a bag of them and replace them every fall when I winterize. They always seem to get damaged when removing them. https://amzn.to/2RWs3Wk

The only problem I see with that is how the flow is reduced to a very small fitting on the hose. When you pull one of those plugs with a full tank of water there is a lot of calcium and crud that will was out of the tank. I would think that this method wouldn't allow for removal of the sediment and stuff in the tank.

Did you ever get an answer for this? Mine is a 2022 22MLE and it is a drain cap. I think it is 1 1/8" but I am not sure and the trailer is stored now for the winter. I would like to know the size of this cap - might actually buy a socket for it. Thanks Derek
