    We still do not know the fate. It cannot be auctioned until we release the title.
    Our insurance company is saying that part pricing is holding up the progress. So I have emailed GD,s service manager (Susan Bond) and asked for her intervention to see if insurance is telling the truth or if they are tap dancing. (I suspect the latter)

    We did stop at the storage yard on our way to Ct last week to look for something that we thought we forgot to take and saw more damage than we noticed previously. When we lifted the sofa to retrieve a forgotten bottle of wine we saw damage that I doubt the estimated saw.

    We also noted that whomever hauled the trailer forgot to take the entry step assembly.

    We’ll everybody said Susan’s bond was a go to person
    GOWEVER I asked for her help to push along the parts pricing problem our insurance company said was holding them up.
    She replied I am not parts so I can’t help
    I replied to her “ you mean you can’t tech out to your counterpart in parts and say a word? That would be excellence in service.
    I can’t believe what crap she said. W T F. She can’t make a call or walk down the hallway to her co worker?

    Come on what crap is this? You all rave about customer service. NOT

    First, I agree that her doing that would be excellence in service, however, I would not get upset if she did as she did, which is stay in her swim lane. Would not be upset with that person.

    I disagree but that's ok we all have different views.
    After I sent a "marginally scathing reply" she did offer to "get involved".
    After all customer service is just that. It's not like I am asking for a lot just a call.
