Well finally after many e mails and phone calls we finally got an u official estimate as there are still more pricing to come in plus they know there is more damage than they can see.
    It’s at $27,000 so far.
In Florida they use 80% as a determination whether to repair or total and at 27k it right at about 79%.
So we still don’t know the fate.

They finally decided the trailer is a total loss.
Now we wait for the Total Loss department to determine what they will pay us.
Another week of waiting most likely.

Start researching what similar trailers are going for so you’re armed with knowledge in case they low ball you.

When our car was totaled I was ready but State Farm surprised us with a buy out $5,000 more that what would have asked. They actually calculated the cost while I was on hold in less than 5 minutes. Once I agreed they emailed me documents to electronically sign and they electronic transferred into my bank the following day.

They reimbursed retail value plus sales tax and title and tag fees minus a $1,000 deductible.

I hope your experience is the same.

    Thanks that's good info.
I have already have the trailer's "value" from 3 sources including Good Sam which is where our insurance is thru.

We received a call yesterday with some good news.

Our insurance company is going to replace our trailer. This will include sales tax, fees, etc. Will also include the slide topper, vent covers, and backup camera we added.
    Minus the $500 deductible.
Not sure about the GY Endurance tires, although they know we put new tires on it 500 ish miles ago.
Our local dealer, Lazy Days Tamps, has 2 coming in that are not spoken for. Hopefully we can latch on to one of those but both have the theater seats we do not want.
Or we may just order one with the regular sofa since we can't go camping for a few months cause wife gets a new hip in August.

Hopefully all will go as they described with no unforeseen bumps.

Great outcome! If you take one off the lot, don't fret the theater seats. You can sell them pretty quickly! Then you can put in a sofa that works for you.
