My tow vehicle
We purchased a 2019 337rls. Our tow truck is a 2017 Ford super duty 6.7 Power Stroke Crewcab XLT with 355 gears in the rear. We live in south Texas flat land does anyone have any ideas what my fuel mileage I should be expecting. I drive around 60 to 65 mph and this enough truck for this unit?

It's a little late to ask whether or not you have enough truck... and the answer to that depends on how much you load in the trailer and whether you have an F250 or F350. If you have an F250 diesel and put much in the basement or bedroom of the trailer, you could easily be over your truck's payload. The PowerStroke won't have any trouble pulling the rig - no matter where you travel. Use tow-haul mode and don't go down hills any faster than you went up the other side.
As for fuel mileage, most people don't buy and RV and then worry about fuel mileage. That said, we have averaged 10.5 MPG over the past 30K miles towing with the truck in my signature.

Need more information on your truck. F250 or F350? Single rear wheel or dually? What is the payload rating on the door jam sticker for YOUR truck? If it is a F250 with the diesel you will be WAY over your payload of around 2100 lbs

It’s a single axle 4x4 crew cab rated at 22200 lbs
It’s also has Firestone air lifts

It's not the tow rating that will be an issue. Look on your door sticker for the PAYLOAD rating. This is the weight that can be added to the truck that will be sitting on your springs, axles, tires etc. The weight of the 337 pin alone can be as much as 2800 lbs plus passengers, hitch and anything else you carry in the truck. Plenty of posts on this subject if you do a search.

Payload per your yellow tire sticker on your door is going to be the limiting factor. A typical F250 diesel CCSB has a payload of about 2200-2300 lbs.
FYI, PAYLOAD IS THE "THE COMBINED WEIGHT OF OCCUPANTS AND CARGO SHOULD NEVER EXCEED WEIGHT" ON THE DRIVER DOOR YELLOW STICKER.
I tow my 2017 337RLS with 2019 F350 Short Bed Crew Cab Diesel. My Payload per the yellow sticker is 3523 lbs.
2800-2900 lbs is my Pin Weight when loaded to travel with food, clothes etc
37 lbs for light weight Andersen 5th wheel hitch
78 lbs for the Bakflip F! tonneau cover
50 lbs in truck bed for tools, firewood etc.
450 lbs in truck cabin for 2 people, small dog, parrot and cage, cooler, etc.

3415-3515 lbs puts us about between 8 lbs - 108 lbs lb UNDER trucks Payload

To answer your original question about fuel ,mileage. I originally towed our 337RLS with a 2017 F350 Diesel CCSB w/355 rear and 18" tires.I now have a 2019 F350 Diesel CCSB w/3.31 rear and 18" tires.
Both trucks did about the same 10-11 MPG in Flat Florida roads. I tow with cruise control set to 62 -65 MPH.
Best I've seen is 12 MPG with 20 kt tailwinds and worst is 9 MPG with 15 kt headwinds.
I will stop for fuel after 4 hours or 250 miles on the road at 62 MPH and put in 24-26 gallons. The 34 gallon fuel tank is limiting factor.
Your F250 is VERY Similar to my F350. The ONLY big difference is the rear leaf springs. My F350 has slightly higher rated main springs and an additional extra leaf.
My truck bed sags exactly 3" when the 337 weight is on the hitch. Your F250 may sag a little more but is will tow and stop the same. Except for the payload issue.
With a 3" sag, my headlights aim too high and I get flashed at night when towing my 337. I don't normally tow at night.
