I have read alot about the doors not being level, looks to be an easy fix, so will try that also. There is quite about condensation on doors, so that may be another problem!! Enjoy your journey!

Here is a link to the mod I did on my Dometic cleaning up the airflow behind the fridge, adding 2 120mm fans and a digital controller inside above the fridge for easy viewing and access. Since doing this mod, I have had to turn my fridge down to 3 to keep from freezing food in the fridge and food in the freezer is rock hard (including ice cream):
My mod starts at post #8 thru #11:
https://www.mygrandrv.com/forum/show...Dometic-fridge
EDIT: I have my first fan kick on at 100 and off at 95 and the second fan kick on at 105 and off at 100. I have yet to see temperatures exceed 108 (measured 1" from the condenser coils) with ambient/outside temps in the mid-90's.Last edited by Heavysledz; 07-07-2021 at 02:47 PM.

WOOOOHOOOO!! I am on fire! Sent husband to hardware store for proper tool to remove door hex screws and VOILA!! the screws came off I put 2 washers on bottom pin, fixed the door flapper while I was at it as I discovered it was NOT returning to tight closed postition, replaced door and I think I have resolved my condensation problem and I am hoping maybe even the high temp problem!!!! Thanks to all you guys that helped!! I saved $150 arrival fee the RV Medic charges just to get to your camper!! This ole' broad is feeling pretty proud!!

Hello! I'm reading alot about these mods to the fridge and want to do what I can to prolong the life of the fridge. We have a 2018 337RLS with the 12 CF fridge in the slide. What size Famco covers did you use?Thank you.

Thank you sir. I'm going to re-read all these posts and see if I can figure out the wiring/thermostat aspect of this install. Safe travels to you.
