    @TerryH,

    So true. I read about the Airflow modules and was ready to install them . . . but I looked and saw that the AC units came with them already.

    I was planning on ordering these Coleman Soft Starts for my 2022 Reflection but I decided a couple days ago to pull my covers and check first just in case they have already been added for some reason.

    If you find one, could you post a picture? I also have a 2022 Reflection and I didn't see anything that looked like a soft start when I installed mine. Would the AC work with two soft starts? Mine has worked fine with the one I installed.

    Sure---will do. I have two AC units, so I was thinking of one for each unit---total of two.

    Thanks, actually I looked at my build sheet and we have the 15,000 BTU unit (https://colemanmachac.com/coleman-ma...669-15000-btu/), all of the ones Coleman-Mach shows on the website with soft start built in are 13,000 BTU. I'm pretty confident I didn't get one from the factory.

    Cool...I will try and check mine tonight and see what I have and report back.

    Ok....looks like I have both a 15K in the rear and a 13.5K in the front and neither have the soft starts installed. Looks like I will be ordering two of them from Coleman-Mach.

    My Mach 8 15K AC runs well on a 20A breaker at home or my Champion 3500 on propane. It's electrical info states a maximum 19A draw. I long ago concluded they use a large capacitor in the start up.

    The tech for 'soft start' is almost as old as motors. And it's vastly cheaper to build it in from the start.

    My story and Im sticking to it. A couple trailers ago I had Terry by Fleetwood and I could not start the AC with a Robins/Subaru 4300 inverter generator. I went round and round with
    Robins/Subaru. Eventually I called Coleman and they ask be what trailer I had, aha they said that's your problem. We ship all of our AC's with a start cap but Fleetwood has us take them
    off. Coleman sent me a start cap, plugged it in and guess what I could start if with a Honda 2000. My Reflection RL295 I can run the front AC with my Honda 2200 without any mods
