How to Order Parts - Very Helpful Dealership

In the past, when you needed to purchase a part, you had to go to a Grand Design dealership and get the part. That is kind of a pain if you aren't close to your dealership and they won't take your order over the phone.

I called Grand Design today to find out how to order a couple of parts that I need. They told me that I can call a dealership in Texas that will now take phone orders and drop ship parts directly to us. I called the dealership and they were very helpful and courteous. If you need parts, it's worth a shot trying this dealership out:

    Pharr RVs
    806-765-6088

    320 N. Loop 289
    Lubbock Texas 79403

    Ask for Parts..

Awesome. I really don't want to have to go to my dealer to order a new front battery compartment door.

This is great info! This should make it much easier getting parts now, I prefer not to have to use my local dealer whenever possible.

This just makes to much sense. Can't believe it took this long.

OTOH, both Keystone and Forest River have no problem shipping direct to the customer in Texas (non-warranty).

Is the shipping still outrageously expensive?

    Thanks Jim!

I assume this is for any state in the contiguous US?

Yep. GD Customer Service referred me to them on Monday and I just finished ordering a gasket for the street side basement door (having a leak problem during rain). Pharr is having it sent to our son's house in Cincinnati where we will wind up next week. Pharr was very easy to work with.

It sounds like Pharr RVs might be a good place for future owners to look for a new rig. It's about time that someone put the customer first.

Is there a story you'd like to share with us? I put a small ding in mine (Momentum 376TH) and was shocked to learn that they want $550 just for the door (no installation).
SOLD my 2017 Momentum 376TH being pulled by a 2014 Ford F-350 Lariat, FX-4, Crew Cab, Longbed, Dually. Not pulling the 5er, catch me on my 2013 CVO Harley Ultra Classic.
