Hi there, we just bought a 268bh and are trying to find someone that has found a solution for the rear jacks being to low. Were you able to move yours up?

Hey SallyZz, I don't have the same model as you, I have 337RLS. I was able to easily move the rear jacks up 1 hole, approx. 1". Anything above that would be higher than the coroplast.

I just picked up a 2021 24ORL the rear stabilizers are 4 1/4 inches above the road. I cannot raise them even 1 hole because the undercarriage is only 1/2 inch above the jack assembly.
This is a terrible design , bent it coming in over a slight curb
So far dealer has not offered solution, he says remove bolts and raise it , which you cannot do

After destroying one to the tune of $400 when I first got the camper, to bending the mount on one and then hitting the ground several other times- I found a fix. I took my jacks off and stored them in the barn. I carry two small bottle jacks and two blocks of wood. After leveling the front I just stick the jacks under the rear to stabilize it. I considered mounting some regular scissor type rv jacks but this works fine and when I got to sell it I can reinstall them in just a few minutes. I did tape up the connectors to keep water and dirt out.
It's not a problem to remove them, you just use the manual mode to raise and lower the front jacks.

GD doesn't appear to think it's a problem. Mine's a '16 model and they haven't done anything about it.

GD sent me two replacement jacks, but there have been posts by owners who are having issues getting the replacement jacks. I was 5 1/2' off the ground even though everything was above the departure angle.
With the new jacks and the 16" LT tires, I'm 8 1/2 inches off the ground. I think I'm good.

Just replaced my old 2001 Chevy 2500HD with a 2021 GMC 3500 and now the rear jacks on our Reflection 230RL are very low. I normally remove the foot pads before travelling and that has helped a little but have still managed to drag the jacks a couple of times since buying the new GMC. Today I disassembled my two rear jacks and cut 1" off them and drilled new holes for the foot pads. This gives me 8" clearance with the foot pads removed, and should be enough to do the trick. I looked into several different options to gain clearance: upsize from 15" to 16" tires and wheels (1" gain, very expensive), block between axles and springs from TrailerBlocks.com (1-3" gain $500, but may void frame warranty), trailer lift kit from Lippert (1 1/2" gain, very involved installation, $850 and may void frame warranty) and modify the jacks. The jack modification took about 5 hours, but is hardly noticeable and no changes were made to the running gear. About 1 1/4" is about all that can be removed from the jacks without cutting into the anti-rotation indentation in the jack outer tube. I'll find out how well it works next week.

I had thought of that at one point, but I did not know what might be involved in modifying the jacks.
Can you post photos of the modifications you did? I should have saved the old jacks to experiment with.
