Level Up 3.0 Display Blank

Four days ago we installed batteries that have been on a battery tender for the last few months. Today we went out and the level up control display was blank but the back lighting on the display is on but the controller seems to function fine just can't tell what mode it is in. We got it connected and now it home plug into 120 circuit and still no display. It is about 28 degrees out and I don't know if that would affect the display. Any suggestions?

Called GD and they said to unplug the display and plug it back in and now nothing works and no lights or jack won't move. Niow it's 100% dead.

Try unplugging for a few minutes or longer, if you can, and then try again.

I tired several times and even brought in the house and warmed it up and nothing except a beep every 5 seconds. Call the dealer and he said that all it needs is re-calibrated and I ask how you do that without a screen display and he just said we do all the time. GD called back and Jerry spent couple minutes trouble shooting and is sending a new unit out next day. He also said how do your calibrate with no screen display.

Yeah.....sounds like the dealer needs calibrating. HA!

We brought the control panel in for several hours then tried again and display was working except the right and rear buttons are flashing. Left for about hour and the screen went blank again. Unplug it and plug back in again and now just beeping and nothing works. Still wanting for UPS to bring the new panel from GD.
