2017 337rls & 2017 f-350 srw
We picked up a new F-350 Lariat SRW last week and made a deal on a 2017 337RLS to be picked up tomorrow (Thursday)
I went to the dealership today and bought an Andersen Ultimate hitch for $659 and $62 for safety chain kit. Got it home and installed in on my Bedrug bedliner. I had to cut a 4" 3 sided square so I could make a flap to insert the factory goose ball. The hitch took 20 minutes to install, including cutting the flap.
When we bought the hitch they assigned it to the internal tracking document for the 337RLS. Interesting that on that document there was a warranty claim at check in for a flat tire on the driver side. When it arrived the delivery driver already had installed the spare to continue the trip.
We delayed the delivery of the coach because I wanted to get some miles on the new truck before towing it the 50 miles home via the interstate.
Im so excited that I'm typing this at 3am 'cause I can't sleep.
We plan on doing a thorough PDI and told them we will spend 1-2 nights in the Relection overnight on their lot to identify any issues needing to be fixed before we leave.
I want to thank the forum members for educating us.
Wish us luck.Jerry & Linda

Just did the same with a Silverado and 337. Had to put 500 miles on the truck per GMs documents. Only big issue with 2017 337 was the greased brakes. To get it home with minimal fuss, set up the AUH with the base offset to the rear, the ball in the highest position and the adaptor with the ball socket forward of the pin.
I will be departing my current location tomorrow and have changed the AUH setup to ball in the middle position and the adaptor with the ball socket to the rear of the pin.
Using the manual control on the brake control, check your trailer brakes from time to time especially before exiting the interstate...
Have fun, good luck and safe trip home...

GREASE GREASE GREASE!!!
Did the PDI today to pick up our new 337RLS. It went very smooth with LazyDays being very cooperative. One on the requests I made was to pull the brake drums and inspect for failing grease seals.
The tech allowed me to observe without issues. The drive side seals were intact with no evidence of leaks. BUT when he pulled the passenger side both seals were leaking but had not contaminated brake shoes or drums.
I'll try to post a picture or 2 with my iphone.

Good catch Jerry. Haven't heard any that checked that didn't have failures. I hope they repacked all four (with good grease) and install new seals.

Heaviest grease on the right side is the most common finding . . . this has to be part of the puzzle somehow

Can anyone let me know specifically what seal part numbers and which grease is best recommended for a 337RLS?

If it's done under warranty, which I'm sure it will be if dealer is doing it, they will want to use the seals that LCI provides. They will also likely use the brand of grease that the dealer has in stock. In my opinion, it will be adequate and done properly. Some have changed to a Timken brand seal at some point, but that wouldn't be covered by LCI. If you end up using an alternate grease, you will want a high temperature grease. Eventaually when I do maintenance after warranty is over, I'll likely use an Amsoil synthetic grease. There are some recent threads where owners recommended one brand or another, and I suspect they would all be good. The important thing is to undo the terrible job LCI did, and to remove all their grease and seals first.

Mine was done under warranty but I supplied other seals and the shop used their grease not LCIs. The only items NOT replaced was the bearings...
