Maybe the Nautilus manufacturer can give you some answers.

Please look at this link. If this is your manifold then you do not have a separate fill. Only one connection. You have 5 different colored knobs. While the hose is connected set the knobs to match the center pic that is labeled Power FILL TANK. That is how you fill your tank. I would like to think that this was covered during your walk thru. But sometimes it gets missed.

    Rodney,

Thank you for the reply. The power fill was covered at the walk thru and I am familiar with the procedure. I was just wondering if there was an additional external gravity fill port as there was in my Grand Design Imagine 2800BH. Now I know that it doesn't exist.

To me, this seems like poor design especially with toy haulers where it is common to gravity feed when filling water tanks. Further, it takes more than a little pressure to “city fill”, for example my Honda 1” pump doesn’t have enough pressure to overcome the check valve spring. For me, a far better solution would be too have a manual valve on the city connection that could simply be opened for gravity and/or pressurized tank filling.

I wonder if it’s possible to just rip the guts of the check valve out of there and then simply install a garden hose connector valve?
