TV Shelf
Has anybody had any trouble with the shelf that slides out that is under the TV. I had my laptop sitting on mine today and all of a sudden the shelf tilted. It was always straight before. I am not sure if it should be tilted but i don't thik so. I don't think a laptop should be to heavy for it and I had nothing else on it. I had a real hard time getting it to go back into the slot for whenI travel. I am wondering if maybe it came off the track or something. Has anybody else had a problem like this.

Re: TV Shelf
We had an issues with the desk sliding out during transit. The issue was resolved by the dealer under the warranty.

Re: TV Shelf
Mine use to slide out during transit also. I am taking it to the dealer next week to have that and a few other things fixed. Mine does not stay straight anymore when I pull it out, it slants downward.

Re: TV Shelf
Mine slid out during travel one day and fell on the floor
Turns out one of the drawer slides broke and the othe wasn't strong enough
Alone I probably should have done something with warranty repair but for the
Aggravation and fuel cost I went to loses bought the same drawer slides for 14$
And fixed it myself if yours is tilting down I would say the rear most screws in yours have come
Loose and need to be tightened or replaced that drawer is very heavy probably 25-30#
If you are going for something else they should be able to fix in half hour
Otherwise simple and cheap enough to DIY

Re: TV Shelf
I forwarded this thread to our head of Service Operations. We will be looking into how we are installing the desk and we will see if there is a better way to do it.
Thanks for the input!
