    What I did.
This should work for the rear living GD RV's. Our RV is the 313RLTS

1.) remove factory camera mount cover
2.) using a screwdriver from the outside....punch a small hole through the interior paneling. this will gain you access into the cabinet space behind the camera mount. ( Pic # 1&2 )
3.) Place a rubber gasket between the metal camera mount and the Furrion cover plate and mount the bracket using SS hardware. ( Pic #3 )
4.) Cut a slit in the rubber gasket to allow RCA cables to pass through ( Pic #3 and 4 )
5.) Silicon the back of the mount where the RCA cables come through. ( Pic #6 )
6.) From the outside, push the RCA's 1 at a time ,,,through the opening into the cabinet space. This may take a little patience ..( Pic # 8 )
7.) Mount the Furrion cover plate and camera to the housing using new SS hardware. ( Pic # 7 )
8.) Mount the WIFIAV transmitter to the top of the cabinet area using the supplied Velcro ( Pic # 10 )
9.) Use wire loom to secure all wiring ( pic # 9 )
10.) Follow the instructions that came with the WIFIAV transmitter to connect your device ..( IPad , Iphone , Android phone ...etc. )

    Note:
I temporally wired the camera / WIFIAV transmitter power into the LED lights under the cabinet area, So that the camera comes on with these 2 LED puck lights.
I plan on taping into the puck light switch under the cabinet area for power and running a dedicated on/off switch for the camera when I get more time to mess with it.

I might try that. We purchased our 315RLTS Mid-Feb and I already got the stock camera. I have no problems with it so far. I do wish the screen was bigger.

How is the signal strength from where you mounted the transmitter, to the ipad in the front of the truck? Have you road tested it yet? Anything you don't like about the camera and/or video result?

The signal is making it to the truck parked out in front of the RV.
I did buy an external yagi antenna just in case the signal needs a little help.
The Video quality is not the best but it should work fine.
I haven't road tested it yet, but wanted to use the iPad as a monitor because I have my iPad permanently mounted in my truck Click image for larger version.

Thanks Guns338! This very well may be my solution too. Keep us posted on how it performs. I'd be especially interested in how well backing at night works out.
