    Water Heater

I cannot get any hot water out of my sinks or shower. There is water in the water heater and the cold water faucets work fine but water will not come out of the hot water faucets. Has anyone had this problem. My unit is a 337RLS and it is a 2016 Thank you for your input.

Check to see if your water heater bypass valve is closed

That would be my first guess also. It's the red handle on the Nautilus panel.

The water heater was working perfectly and then suddenly stopped, pretty sure I did not change any valves, my unit is only 6 months old, also I am not exactly sure where the by pass valve would be on my unit, grand design 5th wheel. I appreciate the help so far, no success yet.

Red by pass valve is part of the winterizing of the unit. When I turned to "winterize" we had full pressure, but not hot water as it by-passed the hot water heater. Looking for any more suggestions.

If you are getting no water, there is a check valve on the cold water side that is probably stuck. I don't know why they are there, I guess to prevent hot water backing into cold water lines.

You might also check your outside shower. Several have reported that if the outside shower valves are left open - but the shower head button is off - this will cause a lack of hot water inside.

Thanks for the input, I talked to service and they said it is the checkvalve on the inlet side of the water heater, how do you get to the heater, they said you go in through the storage area and climb back but that looks impossible in my unit, can you take all 20 screws out and pull the heater out and then will it go back in, I need suggestions.

I need an answer too...as you mentioned, it looks impossible to get back there! I read somewhere else that you might be able to get to it inside the bathroom, next to the shower but I think that is incorrect. Let me know how you fixed it please!
