We are camping next to another Solitide owner. I ranted and raved about how great everyone at the factory was to deal with so they called up there with a few questions. Think they got a JT one the phone. They said he was not helpful AT ALL. I was very surprised by this as everyone has been more than helpful to me. Doea anyone have Jerry's email address? I have it at work and I am on vacation until December. I would like to email him for them to see if I can have them help him.
