Would this work to replace the attached grey TV stand/table?

Looking for opinions/advice on whether the Omni Tray would work with the couch / chaise combo. Could we attach legs to the couch frame (and add a strip of wood, offset a bit underneath, so nothing can roll back under the couch)? The chaise could have coasters or some kind of riser on the wall side, with taller "fake" legs at the foot to replace the ones there now. At least, my memory is that those legs don't actually touch the floor. Does this seem doable?

That portion of the trailer moves since it is on the slideout. The couch does not raise that easily, so some mods would need to be made.

I would not drive any screws into the slideout.
