Does anyone know how to change bulb in pot lights in a 2014 379 FL? Any help would be appreciated!

They look like this. I have know idea how to change bulb ( or whatever it is?) or where to get replacements?

I just asked the same thing. I thought "pot lights" was a slang for Grow lights

They use a LED. You might have to change the fixture
