Travel to Medford Oregon from Zion national Park

Thinking of traveling NW through Nevada instead of the usual Bakersfield Ca, 99 to 5 and up.
Anyone give advice on Vegas travel up?

You have a cple of options...95 north to Reno is the most direct and a little longer than just heading over to I5....straight up the center of Nevada then west on I80 over to Reno then north on 395 into Oregon. Mostly desert area two lane highway. Or if you have the time and want a more scenic route with spots to camp along the way.... make your way over to 395 in Calif, head west on the 10 to the 15 then continue west on 58 to Kramer Junction turn north on 395 all the way to Oregon. You travel the eastern side of the Sierra's with incredible views, great camping and fishing. Guess it depends on the time of year and how much of a hurry you are in.
