Re: Black tank flush
Lowfly, did you get an answer or resolve it in some way? Curious.

Re: Black tank flush
Lowfly, I'm new to the forum and saw your post on the black tank flush. Ours had the same problem. Nothing I tried would work. This is not my first RV so I know I wasn't crazy. Come to find out the backflow valve was put in backwards on installation. Hoping they got it fixed now. Our unit has been in the shop for almost 2 months getting warranty items corrected.
Thanks
Jim

Re: Black tank flush
In the shop for two months, wow that is crazy! I would probably be ready to punch someone. LOL.
Can your share some of the issues? I'm just interested. We have had some minor issues with our Solitude. Thanks.Jeff & Cathy K - Dayton, NV

Re: Black tank flush
We are trying to be patient but hoping all gets resolved soon.
First time it was in the shop for 3 weeks and picked up for a trip and took back. Been there every since Thanksgiving.
Funny thing was I read in Trailer Life Magazine before we purchased the unit about someone that had an RV in the shop for over 3 months. I remember thinking, I hope that never happens to me, but we are getting close.
Will post what the problems were but want to let Grand Design and McClains try and work it out before I do. Hoping to hear more this week. I think for the most part the dealership is the issue not Grand Design.

Hi Jim
I'm sorry to hear about the long time your Reflection has been at the dealer's for repairs. I'm going to forward this post to Jerry McCarthy, our VP of service Operations, to see if he help out in any way. Our goal is to get you on the road enjoying your Grand Design Reflection fifth wheel.
Regards,
