Hi Bill,
I looked but did not see your message. I will double check when I get home from work tonight as it might but in my spam folder.

I spoke to Mr. McCarthy yesterday and feel we will now be moving forward to resolving all the issues.
We really appreciate all the help from Grand Design and look forward to getting our trailer back soon.

Hello LowFly. We are als0 newbes with a Reflection 337. We picked it up from McClain's in Sanger Tx Jan 15 this yr. Traveled down to the Houston area to visit relatives and do a shake down on the unit. We experienced problems. One problem the black tank valve is leaking. Was this your problem?

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the 337!

What was the problem with the black tank valve leaking...not fully closing? You mentioned that you had other issues?

Hello Happy Camper, Our black valve is leaking. When I open the sewer line cap about a gallon of blue water rushes out. Other problems more serious, the front stabilizers would not retract. Not to get into great detail had to jack up the pickup enough so the stabilizers would lift off the ground enough to pin the stabilizers up for travel. The freezer door would not latch and a light over the kitchen island came loose was swinging from the wires during travel and broke the glass globe. Grand Design has honored the warranty for the last three items which I appreciate. The repair facility is not interested in repairing the black water tank valve.

At this time we still have not got our trailer back. However; Grand Design has been in contact with me and I'm very pleased with their results in helping to resolve the issue.
Parts are on the way to the dealer and they are working closely with the dealer to make sure our unit is being taken care of.
