    Arrow Leaking storage hatch door

Asking for any help in stopping my large hatch door on our 380th from leaking. I believe I have determined the cause to be the three top hinges not sealing tightly enough to prevent water leaks during a heavy rain. Is anyone else having issues with this. The inside gasket is in good shape but doesn't seem to be doing the job. Thanks for any guidance!
    Safe travels,

Believe Ram Gunner had this or something similar happen and he fixed his 385....maybe he has some helpful information.

Mine (385) was leaking past the latch catches, into the frame and onto the basement floor. Pulled up the catches and sealed with silicon (the rubber seal was not seated properly) and no more leak.

BTW, which side is leaking on yours? Rams was on the street side and coming in from above at slide seals. Mine was mainly curb side but I resealed catches on both sides.

I've had no problem with leaks on my 380TH. I did have to re-glue a street side vertical seal, but idiot leak - was just loose.

Our 2016 380TH has not had any leaks into the storage area yet. Driving Oregon Coast rain has tested it very well. I have seen water come out of the door latches on the curb side when I raise the door.
Does that mean I should open the latches and silicon the inside?

The street side door seems loose, but has not leaked yet.

I did add a magnet to hold the door open to keep it from blowing in the wind.

When I replaced my latches (single key mod) I sealed them with silicon so I'm sure it wouldn't hurt. My actual leak was in the catch though.

I added a mag too. Really nice when it's windy

First we had the leak in the bedroom slideout that was seen coming in well above the cargo door. They fixed that one, but then there was water coming in during really hard rains that was clearly via the cargo door. I figured it was the inner seal, so I asked JD Adams at the factory how I could get a replacement seal.

He asked for some photos of the door and the leak, and I sent them. Based on the photos, he sent a new door. So far, that seems to have fixed it.

Well my 303RLS is not a monster sized Momentum but my hatch leak was not the hatch. It was the frame around the hatch. When they install the hatch assembly at the factory they put a bead of silicon around the hatch frame, don't know if before of after they put the frame in. Anyway the bead of silicon had separated or there wasn't enough and it left a gap between frame and wall at the top in places. Fixed gap no more water leak.

So moral of my story is "Mine the Gap"....... Sorry just had at memory of riding the trains in the UK.
