Excited new Solitude 369RL owners!!

We picked up our new Solitude 369RL from Colerain RV in Cincinnati, OH last weekend! We have looked for about 5 years, but when we walked into the Grand Design products we new instantly that was what we wanted!! They are beautiful!! Our experience with Joe Steffen at Colerain could not have been any better! They are a great dealer for Grand Design! The only part I don't like is it is winter where we are so it will be a while before we can hit the road! :-X We are so excited for our first trip. I plan to retire in 2014 so this time next year we will be spending a couple of months in the RV in Florida!

So excited for you on your purchase. We were at Colerain RV just yesteday working with Joe. You are right he is a really good sales person to work with, no pressure and honest. Unfortuantely we made an offer we felt was fair and within our budget (we are also purchasing a new F350 diesel at the same time making the budget decisions very challenging) but we could not agree on a final price. So disappointing to have to walk away without getting to terms on the Solitude 305RE they had on the lot.

For us the 5vr is really a nice unit but is not the perfect fit as we would prefer the TV to be on the side so we can view straight on from the recliners. While the sofa is nice it is not as comfortable as some others we have seen and the viewing angle is not as good. We feel we would be moving the recliners every night and would prefer not to on a daily basis. Because it isn't the "perfect" fit for us we have to insure the price fits us and our budget.
