reflection 27rl living room slide out drivers side.
When the driver's side living room slideout is retracted in there is a small gap on all four sides and it does not fit flush. My wife thinks there is a problem. I checked and it does stick out a bit but there appears to be a good seal. I would appriciate it very much if anyone could take a measurement of the slide out distance between the slideout and the trailer when the slide out is fully retracted in. A photo would even be better.
Thanks

sclarson - the GDRV techs at the Elkhart owners rally would adjust a slide until the bulb seal was compressed to 1/2 it's original free diameter on all four sides creating an even water tight seal. This works out to about 1/2" gap between the slide flange and the side of the trailer.

Perfectly normal. It is physically impossible for the slide to sit flush.
