Kordog, sorry for the fat fingering of the 2" vs 2'. All is well though, and I sure that Long Island Happy Camper is overjoyed with their 385. Just as I will be in my choice of the 380. I just wanted to put out some info on the site about the new model. GD has been great working with me and I was able to change my order to the 380. I just started thinking how I would feel if I bought the 385 and then found out about the features of the 380. As Happy Camper said "Everyone has the right to a preference and an opinion."

KZ I am sure you will be extremely happy with your 380th and I wish you nothing but the best. I am sure there will be another floorplan, sometime in the future that I wish would have been available at the time I ordered my 385th. Just seems to happen with any RV when you buy it. There is always something better coming out. I did just notice on my dealers website (Tom Schaeffer's RV) that they have a 385th on order with a "goodyear tire upgrade" option. I am glad to see Grand Design is offering this to the customers now. I switched out my tires for the Goodyear 114's before I even took delivery. Just wanted peace of mind with a Goodyear Tire

Mike when are you scheduled for delivery? I am finally taking my Momenetum 385th out for the first time next week for a 10 day trip to Myrtle Beach then back to Schaeffers for some minor warranty repairs.

KZ, I totally agree that everyone's taste is different, but for me, I usually buy something then a new model comes out (the 380) and now I am stuck with the one I just bought. But in this case, I am happy with my decision. I pick my unit up tomorrow, and can't barely wait until I get it home!!! I am a little disappointed that GD has added features since I bought my unit, but they are things I can live without.

The most important thing here is to GO CAMPING!!!!!

Kordog, I envy you. I sit here knowing that my trailer has not been started yet. Hopefully next week the factory will begin on mine. I look out the window, at the beautiful weather and wish I was out there camping. May cannot come soon enough. Light a campfire for me!!!

Could you post some pictures of your new 380th? Would be appreciated. We like the 385th but now the 380 is out it appears to have a little bit more room in the living area.
