Shelves instead of hanging clothes in bedroom of 374TH

We decided that the hanging clothes closets on both sides of the bed in our 374TH-R would be better if they had shelves. There are hanging closets on the side and we really needed more shelving space.

Can't remember how to rotate pics, so the first two are on their side.

This is a good idea and something we may do also. What color is the stain you used?

Minwax Polyshades Honey. Would probably use paint next time, however. Bought nice birch plywood and wanted to show the grain. We put contact paper on the top so the clothes would slide easier, so you do not really see any wood.

    hi Gary
How did you attach the tracking. On my cabinet one wall is an outside wall, and on the inside the wall is really thin

On the front side, I attached to the 3/4 x 3/4 frame pieces. On the back (which is an outside wall) I just screwed into the wall. Used lots of screws and figured most of the force is downward, so don't think there will be a problem.
