Finally, after 3 blown fuses 😬, I got the switch wiring figured out. What I was doing was assuming the two white wires went to the same thing, either the motor or the voltage source.
Not the way GD does it. I pulled as much lead as I could from the nose, and discovered that the Black/White and one of the all White is a pair, and the Red/White and the other all White is the other pair.
BW+W pair goes to the motor, where BW ties to the Red lead and the W to the Black lead.
RW+W pair goes to the voltage source, with RW connected to positive and W to negative.
Using the terminal numbering system that appears common on these switches:
1 RW
2 W (from BW+W pair)
3 nc
4 W (from RW+W pair)
5 BW
6 nc
Now, the back jacks will extend, but not retract <sigh>.

Yeah, you got it right Rob.
Good thing those fuses come in a 5-pack. 😂

Dave - the rear switch will be easy, now that you have the wiring figured out. . BTW, I have been able to coax a reluctant switch back to life (for a little while) with a liberal spray of WD40 around the center post under the toggle arm of the original style switch.

Hi Rob,
Solid Blue, Blue+White, and two all Whites. Plus I wonder where the fuse for the rear is?
Thanks for the WD40 tip. Fortunately I've already ordered 2 spare switches, to be here tomorrow.

Our 303 has rear stabilizers which are different than the rear legs on your 337, but ours has an auto resetting circuit breaker for the rear system that is mounted on the frame rail near the switch. Why a fuse for the front and circuit breaker for the rear . . . who knows.

It might just be ease of access. You can get to the front fuse fairly easily, while something mounted to the frame rail is a bit harder.
Fortunately, I don't think the rear is a fuse/breaker problem, since the legs will extend, just not retract. The last time we moved (2 weeks ago) it took some jiggling of the switch to get it to work.
The fuse problem at the front was entirely self-inflicted.

But . . . if your TV/5th configuration is such that you can't open the front compartment when hitched (as I think you found with your rig) that fuse really isn't that easy to get to without a lot of hand cranking first. Would seem like a good place for an upgrade to a circuit breaker.
