Re: supply valve on propane tanks

I always run one tank at a time, I use to run both but then when they run out there is none. I only use one at a time for that reason. If you put the valve in the middle yes it will draw off of both tanks. I always put it to one side that way I can monitor my amount of propane better. Ran out once in the middle of the night and it was a mighty cold night.

I do the same as above for the same reasons. You can easily see the propane level in the tank in the colder weather as there'll be frost on the tank outside where the propane is. Other easy method is to pour some hot water down the side of the tank and the tank will feel cool where there's propane.

Yep, only takes once of completely running out of propane to start using one tank at a time..

I was told that you use the control knob to select which bottle you want to draw off of and if you open the other bottle if you run out it will start drawing off the full bottle even if the control switch is not in the position of the offside bottle. My old 5th wheel did this as well. Don't know if that's true here put would be a good question to customer service.

Yes it does. When my wife and I took the tour we asked about it and were told that yes they do have the automatic switching.
