In my old unit, I re-mounted the pump under a piece of carpet, added flexible lines on both the inlet and outlet and then added rigid pipe insulation to some of the lines to separate the lines a little and add some padding between them also. I think sometimes the noise is not only the pump, but the lines vibrating because of the pump. Helped quite a bit - still noisy inside but it helped.

I agree, on our fleetwood I found that the line was vibrating where it went through the wall. Once that was taken care of much of the noise was gone. One other thing we found was that having an air pocket also contributed to the problem.
