    We love the layout and design of this beautiful camper! But have had a few issues.

    I sure feel for you. I believe occasionally a unit is delivered that has the amount of problems yours has. It has to really suck to be the owner that gets that problem unit. It sounds like you have already been in contact with GD. Continue to keep the, posted and ask for as much help as they can give you. Don't know if they will replace your unit with a new one, but I hope things get fixed for you. Hang in there...

    I believe I'd sit down and calmly write a letter to the owner of the dealership and copy the GD CEO documenting each of the issues you've had, express your displeasure with the purchase and ask how they intend to rectify it. You might also research PA's Lemon laws and see if they might cover this. I'd try to handle all communications in writing so you have a paper trail, and document any phone conversations.

    This is a good idea, send 2 copies to each, 1 certified and 1 regular mail just to ensure they "received" it. I don't know if lemon laws apply to RV's, make sure you do your research for your state or the one you purchased from. I wish you the best of luck, sorry to hear about your troubles.

    Excellent point! A certified letter lets them know this is now past the realm of mere complaint and approaching the involvement of lawyers - something no business wants!
