    Broken Hot Water Low Point Valve

    My husband asked me to pose this issue to the group. Our low point hot water (red) valve is broken. He's a (retired) master plumber so had a 'fix' in mind but when he discovered the valve itself was broken he can't figure out on easy way to access the valve. Does anyone have experience with this?
    We have a 2015 385TH. I've attempted to add a pix but not sure it worked.

    Janice, just to close out; Ryan did contact us, and he told us how to access the internal workings of the plumbing system. Rick was able to access and change out the broken plastic parts with brass fittings. Got to look @ the back of the Kantleak system as well and so far, so good there! Thank you for saving us a trip to the dealer!
