We use this one. Our dog is about the size as the one in the picture. Keeps those pesky paws over a foot away.

Has anyone made a doggie door for the sliding glass door between garage and living area on a Momentum ? Its a few inches too short to buy a residential one and modify from what I have seen.

We put in plexiglass on our last trailer - worked like a charm, but cut air flow through the screen door down a good bit.

I may try that Lowes mod posted above on our new trailer.

I used 1/8" flat aluminum bar in the screen door track screwed into place. Then either clear or smoked Plexiglas secured with 3M style double sided tape (same stuff for rain guards). The smoked plastic helps keep the kids from seeing other people and barking

Took some pics this morning of my mod. Jim I really like the metal screen you did. If I need a replacement might go that way.Click image for larger version.

I did the same mod as Jim & Ginne, also purchased from Lowes also lucked out and found a can of spray paint that was a very close match to the door. Have 2 dogs that weight 80 and 100 Lbs.

We are also planing to place a screen door to an existing dog door. It will help to keep all the bugs and insects outside. We can keep the main door open and keep the screen door closed to get good air circulation. We are also planning to use Shoji screen for the door. It will enhance the look and will also match with our Asian style interior. My uncle gave us many references so that we may choose the best one. Hope so all things executes well!

I went with Jim's solution but secured to the horizontal as opposed to the vertical.
The door handle, in our humble opinion and lazy nature, is a must have as well.

I like your mounting method much better. Nicely done! I also put the door handle on ours.
