Generator runtime - OneControl

We have the LCD control, OneControl, instead of the traditional switches. Ever since we took delivery our generator run time meter was stuck at 17.0 hrs. We have used more than that, but it never changes. I read on a different forum this was due to a bad generator controller even though the generator works fine. Apparently, Lippert had a time period late 2016 where there was a bad batch of controllers. I sent an email to Emily at LCI and she got me in touch with the right person; they immediately sent me a new controller(Generator Genie). After swapping it out, everything works as it should. The picture below is the part that needs to be replaced if you are having the same issue. It took longer to empty out the basement than to make the repair. Id advise securing all power prior to the repair.

Thanks for that info. I'll have to watch mine, it also seems low.

No problem, ours was always constant at 17 except for one time it showed 8, but then was stuck at 17.

Same here. Mine was stuck at 17 hrs since new. I just replaced the control a few weeks ago and it works as it should.

Did they get to 17 and stop or start at 17 and not move? I'm at 13.1 but haven't paid attention of it is advancing.

Mine was at 17 hrs when I took delivery. The fuel tank was empty when delivered to the dealer. They only put a few gallons in to test the generator. So there is no way the control counted up to 17. It just never worked. Lippert had no problem sending me a new control with just a picture of the stuck hour meter.

I have the same problem and Lippert is sending me a new module. Where is the module located? I have a Momentum 350M, don't know if it would be in the same place.

Mine is in the front pass through behind the rear wall, curb side.
