First time RVers. Halfbacks

Hi. My wife and I are first time RVers. We bought our 29' Reflection travel trailer at Palm Beach RV in West Palm Beach, FL. I am mobility impaired so we ordered a Burr Handy Lift and they installed it for me. I can't use steps and get around on a scooter and short distances with crutches. My Ford F-150 was also customized by our dealer in North Carolina with a Lift Essentials running board lift. Our son convinced us that we should buy an RV. He has an RV and takes the kids on camping trips and convinced us to get one. So far it's been both an interesting learning experience and fun as well. We will be living in it for three months while our home is being built since we sold our other house very quickly.

Hi there and welcome to the group. I assume the model you have is the 297RSTS. I'm glad to hear that they were able to help you overcome the mobility issues. Enjoy that new rig.
