New guy from Idaho

Been lurking for a short time and decided to purchase a GD 395M. We had a Stryker TH bumper pull and felt we wanted more and comfortable living area for CC towing.
We like the 395 as it really feels open and bright with the windows on both living room slides. The 2018 also added a peninsula fold up counter extension and a pull out counter/cutting board with add'l storage.
During my lurking, I'm astonished at many of the issues mentioned that should have been caught during the "factory inspection" or PDI. Glad that the customer service is great, but it's a shame to have to take the unit in for repairs.
Many I will do myself, as the dealer in 3 hours away.
