    Using a Reese Goosebox adapter

Has anyone had experience with adapting the Lippert 1621 pin box with a Reese Goose box adapter. I have a folding goose neck ball in my 2012 Ram 3500 DRW 8 ft bed and am ready to order a 337rls. I have read on the Reese website that it should not void my manufacturer warranty on the frame or the 5th wheel. Is there any problem with using this setup?

If you are using the B&W turnover ball, I would stick with the B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch.

I think Janice from GD mentioned in a previous post that the Goosebox would void the frame warranty.

Here's a link to a previous post on here about gooseneck adapters... http://www.mygrandrv.com/index.php?topic=202.0

The Reese Goosebox adapter is the only adapter that Lippert will endorse and will not void the frame warranty.

Thanks I appreciate the link. Still wondering if anybody has used this set up as I have seen a handful but have not actually spoken to the owners about how the goosebox performs vs a conventional 5th wheel hitch.
