    Atwood Air Command Thermostat

    Our Atwood Air Command furnace digital thermostat is malfunctioning. The set point is set but the stat will wait until the room temp is 5 -10 degrees colder to kick on and then stay on until the room is 5 - 10 degrees warmer than the set point to kick off. This makes for a pretty uncomfortable room and a very verbal wife. Does anyone else have this problem? (The stat-- not the wife.)


    Janice, do you have a contact at Atwood I can call to see if there is a program adjustment I can make?

    Atwood's U.S. contact number is (800) 546-8759; however, we respectfully suggest you contact your dealer for a service appointment to have the thermostat in your Reflection 337RLS inspected to ensure it is working correctly.
