Imagine 2800BH Slide Out Leaks at Bottom Corner - even after warranty work
I had my 2016 Imagine 2800BH at the dealer for warranty in January to check out why my slide out was leaking at the bottom front corner between the dinette and the wall to the front bedroom during rain storms. They said they added some sealant somewhere. It still leaks after some rain storms this past week during a trip. I found in the manual that I should check the "ramp pan weep hole". Where is that located? What does it look like? I really hope its that easy. Is warranty work covered beyond the normal one year warranty period if the problem wasn't corrected as they told me it was?

I don't know what kind of slide you have but if it's a Schwintek slide there is a small tray at the bottom of the slide seal. It's purpose is to catch water running down the slide rack (the aluminum track with a squiggly groove on the side of the slide out). It can get bent inward allowing water to drip on the floor instead of being directed outside. Sorry the image is sideways.

I think its Lippert but I'll have to double check. Its pretty much impossible to look at the seal from the inside when closed unless I maybe have someone trap me in the bedroom. I guess I'll solicit someone trustworthy that will be sure to let me out

I found that the water is coming in from the top corner. You can see the stain running down the wall which is covered when the slide is opened up. I don't know if the bottom seals look right to not. You can see the clear silicone warranty fix applied by Reines RV in Manassas, VA. There's algae growing under it because its separating from the black rubber and collecting moisture from underneath. It definitely does not look professional. Its just gobbed on there. I could have done that myself if I didn't expect a professional job.

I know this is an older post but having similar issues. My 2016 2950RL leaks at both of those corners on our dining room slide. Did you figure out what was causing that.
