    Dealer warranty work finished. A+

Bought our 2016 GD 337RLS Oct. 2016. Made a trip to Reno and back. The closet doors in the bedroom jumped off the tracks and the right door came apart. IMO it's a poor design only fastened closed at the bottom and screws driven half way in to the track as stoppers. They re-glued the doors and re- hung them properly. I added a fastener at the top to keep the doors together while traveling. Had a couple of other minor issues also.
I showed the service mgr the grease on the wheels and they replaced all four backing plates, seals, bearings,& grease. The 6000 lb axles were already installed prior to purchase.
This model does not have a porch light. On ours the outside step light was not installed by the factory. I bought an amber 3/4 inch dia. light and had them install it. The wiring was there hanging out. It is turned on by the porch light switch in the panel though.
We purchased it from Paul Evert RV in Mt Vernon, Wa. The service mgr Jesse was great and it was all approved as warranty work, no charge.
Kudos to the dealership & service dept!
We love this 5er having traded in a SABRE (Forrest River) which we were not happy with. The GD 5er is head & shoulders above that one & many others I am sure.

Glad to hear about your good experience. As is common there are quite a few headaches/problems shared on these forums so its nice to hear a positive story. Happy camping!

Great to hear! We also purchased at Paul Evert in Mount Vernon. Now I won't be so afraid to use their service department if need be. I also am interested in how long you had to leave it.

They had it for about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks. The wait was because LCI was backed up with orders for the axle/ brake parts. The service mgr told me that they were doing alot of them.
