2800 bedroom sliding door fell off

The front and rear door roller mechanism for the bedroom door came detached from the rollers in the track. I think it's a cam style latch to reattach them but can't seem to get them to attach. Anyone have tips on this?

    Thanks

I had the same problem. The track does not have a stop. The shop says you should be able to put it back on the rail from the end. Always keep that lock on when traveling so the door cannot get close to the end of the track.

Thanks, The door is latched when we travel. I think it was from using it, the cam locks backed off. I ended up taking the facia board off to get a better view to figure out how to fix it.

There is a wood screw in the track to act as a "stop" on my 2018 2800BH.

My 313RLTS had a similar problem with the bathroom sliding door. It turned out that the guide on the floor is a two-part device. The first part is screwed down to the floor. It has two female sockets that the 2nd part fits into. That 2nd part has two male prongs the fit into the sockets on the 1st part. They're a tight fit so that you can loosen them if you need to, but are tight enough that they shouldn't just pull away without some effort. This setup allows you to easily loosen the door should you need to work on it. In my case, the 2nd part just pulled out by accident (may have accidently kicked the bottom of the door in just the right way), and I found it under the bed.
