Has anyone purchased a cover for the Reflection 315RLTS travel trailer? If so, please provide a link to the source and your comments concerning your experiences with the cover. Thank you in advance.

Don't know where you live, but up here in the land of snow and ice, most covers last about a year. The combination of snow, ice, and wind usually tear covers to shreads.

There are two trains of thought on covering your RV. The first is "no need to cover it. People that are full timers never cover their's and they do just fine." The second is to cover it to help protect the outside from rain, snow, UV rays from the sun, etc. I'm a relative newbie to the RV thing, but I've had boats for many years. Every time I bring the boat back in, it gets covered up. Living down here in Florida we get pounded by the sun and rain - especially during the "summer season". I'm going to definitely get a cover for my trailer. I've looked at a few so far, but so far the Goldline brand is catching my eye.

They're expensive, but so was my TT. Pay once, cry once.

Also have been looking at SkyShield. They seem to get good - but limited - reviews on Amazon.

I also agree that there are two trains of thought on covers. I did not cover my last one, and noticed it starting to fade about the time I traded it in. The sun and wind in Kansas can take a toll on things stored outside. I am hoping to get a covered storage spot, but the waiting list is long. I will try a cover if I can locate one long enough. jim1521, thanks for the link.

We bought a cover for our fifth wheel shortly after we got the RV. We've never used it. Several reasons:
    1) We're taking the rig out basically once a month, and that cover is heavy and not easy to put on/off.
    2) Concerns about the gutter downspout tearing through the cover. Yes, there are high winds here, frequently.
    3) All the covers on the RVs at our storage place are in tatters within a month or two.
    4) We have no issue with a little fading on the rig. In fact we've already talked about how to repaint it, when/if necessary.

Seems like a bad purchase now.

For the gutter downspouts, I've read where you can cut a swimming noodle to the length of the downspout and slip it over it to protect it.

Dollar store tennis balls do the trick as well.

Does anyone know the actual length of a 315? I assume a cover that fits up to 32feet would work but just curious if the 31 is accurate?
Rig is up north right now so I can’t measure mine and would like to order a cover for our AZ Sun.

    Good Afternoon,

We have the same floor plan. The spec says 37’ 11”.

This is the cover we got…

Where we live the summer is full sun 110 degrees, so UV beats the crap out of it.

Winters are harsh winds and driven rain.

First cover lasted us about 15 months. This is cover number 2. So far so good.

I would rather buy a cover than expose my rig to the harsh elements.

    Good Luck!
