How to get info from factory

I have tried to call and get busy signal each time I try 574-825-8000, I have tried calling a person named Scott and get voice mail no call back. I got Scott's name and # from my local dealer in Fort Worth TX after asking him questions he could not answer.
I currently own sob and am interested in the GD toy hauler 355, I find it strange that there is so little response from the factory whom I assume is interested in selling their product?
Any advice in how to get a response from GD would be appreciated…

We apologize for your frustration. Our phone provider experienced an outage late yesterday afternoon. They have dispatched their repair crews; however, phone line repairs are still underway today and we are unable to receive inbound calls at this time. I will update this post when we are notified our phone service has been restored.

I have receive a call back from Scott who was able to answer my questions with regards to the GD355. Unfortunately, the unit is about 4" to high to fit into my storage facility.
I wish to thank Janice and Scott for their quick response.

Flyboy, just about all fivers will be too tall, they all are about the 13.5' range, like POTUS stated let some air out to get it in the door..

All of the Solitudes are listed as 12'-11" on the GD spec page. The tallest Reflection (337RLS) is 12'4". Since you're only limited by 4", you'd be able to park a Reflection in there and have 3" to spare.

I noticed that the 12'11 does not have the 3 stars which indicate at top of AC. What is the height at the top of AC has anyone measured. My old 5ver was 13'3. I will measure when I get mine but was just wondering?
