Multiple issues with 2017 Reflection 28BH..i am not a happy camper :(

Howdy all. We have a brand new 2017 Reflection 28 BH. Less than 5 months old. Following is a list of issues we've had. I'm just curious if we got a dud or is all this just part of the deal (1st time trailer owners)
-already had to replace leveling system controller
-major leak under shower into storage compartment
-can't get cable to to work (have to bypass cable hookups supplied in control panel & hook directly to tv...annoying)
-just got back from 3 hour trip & found the fireplace in the middle of the floor
-leaking propane regulator...replaced
-broken glass door (cover for radio and storage)
-3 out of 4 LED ceiling lights not working (same switch)
-currently unable to back trailer up (burning brake smell)..not sure if brakes locked or what issue is. Have to take it in AGAIN!

Would appreciate any feedback if all these issues are to be expected in a brand new trailer. We are displeased to say the least. Thanks in advance.

Only thing I can comment on would be the glass door on the radio. Is it one of those kind that you just push to open and push to close? We found ours open after one trip. The bouncing and heaving during travel is not compatible with that sort of system. We put a small door closure hook on it and it stays closed now.

Do you have the little button in the bedroom on for the tv?

The fireplace - you'll find it's an excellent idea to give all the screws a check onboard your rig. As with the glass door, the movement of the rig while traveling will work things loose. And sometimes they weren't all that tight to begin with.

Give your dealer a call to see about fixing this stuff. If you aren't satisfied with their response ("It'll take weeks" or "not covered") give Grand Design a direct call and get a service representative assigned. You'll find GD is very customer friendly. Not so much the dealers (they made the sale, many are not particularly interested in service of same rig).

Unfortunately, nothing really surprising here. Most have been addressed here at one time or another.

On the cable tv - did it ever work ? Are you familiar with having to turn off the antennae amplifier when using cable vs. over the air signal?

Fireplace is just screwed to the floor and/or the surround trim. That's an easy fix.

Propane regulator was a recall. If you paid out of pocket you should be able to get reimbursed.

The leak could be the drain pipe from the shower pan to the grey tank is not correctly glued.

Ceiling lights could be a fuse or GFI trip. All four lights on same switch ? Could be loose connection between the light pucks or could be defective lights.

Checked fuse for lights..not that. All 4 lights same switch. 3 are dead. Hubby fixed shower leak, secured fireplace. Just disappointing having all these issues. Not used to buying a brand new product & having this many issues. Thanks so very much for the tips!!!
