    Auto Leveling

I have a new 2018 398M and when I use the Auto Level it all starts out good and it seems to level out then out of now where it will extend one of the center legs out and lift the whole side of the trailer off the ground !!

Anyone have and experience with this problem and/or solution ??

Are you saying it is level then only 1 leg raises it up?

You might start with a level reset and/or a complete power down reset if it is just confused.

Sorry I didn't make it clearer , when the one leg raises it up what ever side it does it on is about 3" higher then the other side and the rear leg is about 3" off the ground !!

Does the trailer need to be on a completely level spot when I do the reset ?

No, just use manual controls to level then use reset procedure. Advise which system you have if you need assistance with that.

First off I just realized I posted this for the wrong trailer but it seems you guys understand what I'm asking . I have a 2018 398M Momentum !! It would appear I have the "TT Leveling System OCTP" by matching the pictures in the manual to what I have in my trailer !!

Ok so today I looked at the manual and followed all the directions on how to do the "Zero Point Calibration" / "Set The Zero Point" and everything went as the manual said it would . So after I was all done I tried the "Auto Level Mode " and everything went as I would expect then all of a sudden the Right Center leg extended out about 3-4" and lifted the whole side of the trailer off the ground (tires off ground) .

Any clue what my problem is ??

Just throwing ideas out there, it could be possible the pressure switch isnt closing, maybe some debris or a malfunction, and allowing hydraulic fluid to actuate the jack even when not needed.

Have you tried doing a complete shutdown, hook up the truck, raise all jacks, completely disconnect your trailer 12v and converter if on shore power, then reconnect power, dosconnect and try again.
